Abstract

This work aims to investigate the combined effects of radiation, Soret-Dufour, and second order chemical reactions on unsteady magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) flow across a vertical porous plate submerged in a porous medium under varying suction velocity. The Crank-Nicolson implicit finite difference approach has been used to numerically solve the nonlinear partial differential equation of the flow issue in this model. The features of skin friction, Nusselt number, and Sherwood number are presented with the aid of the table, while the parameters of velocity, temperature, and concentration are shown visually.
